why cant i urinate

I began taking xenedrine about two weeks ago and it seems im having trouble urinating. It literally takes me a couple of minutes to get that initial burst, and its a bit painful. Once i begin pissing though, theres no longer a problem, it just flows right on out, like normal. Ive noticed that it happens more during the mid day when im a bit jittery. Any one else had this? for any reason?

Yeah, i do sometimes piss my pants! Should i take less than the normal dosage? Would saw palmetto help? At first i thought it was just stagefright, but im having trouble in my own bathroom with all the doors locked when no ones around.

I dont think i have herpes, unless my girl is fucking around. Which is possible.

Saw palmetto can promote shrinkage of the prostate, so it's worth a try. There's no guarantee it'll work for you though.

Flax seed oil

For years I had urination problems, which were allegedly due to prostate irritation/swelling. I didn't have much luck with supplements or medications for the most part. Then I started taking flax seed oil in my protein drinks and my symptoms disappeared. I take 4 tablesppons a day. Since doing this I have had no problems at all.

Whether or not this would be effective for you I don't know, but it could be worth a try if you are not already taking flax.

This is normal, most of the people I have spoken to who use proper ephedrine on its own, also have this problem.

obviously xenadrine contains ephadra.

It's not a good "normal" though. I would suggest using some sort of prostate formula. I do agree that a lot of men that use the ephedra/ephedrine based products do experience this and it is linked to the prostate but don't look at it as "normal". I would say be safe and use some saw palmetto or a blend of saw palmetto/pygeum. There's some really good prostate formulas on the market. Good luck with that.
