So i wanted to lose a lot of fat , and well i did, i went from around 230 to about 195 now. 195 is a decent weight, i would like to stay around this weight. The thing is, it seems no matter how much i work my arms, they gain no size. I eat like an animal, so i'm getting the calories in there. But the main thing is, i'm still not quite happy with where i'm at. I'd like to lose a lot of the spare tire that is still left, and build muscle. I know its everyone's ideal goal, and its pretty hard to do. Mainly i just wanna build my upper body some, and lose my gut to make my entire upper body more proportioned. I'm just kinda confused. What should i eat? Normal caloric intake? Lots of calories to go with cardio after working out? Cardio and lifting on seperate days. With working out before cardio, i lost all of the weight, but gained no, and i believe, lost muscle mass, and definite strength. This is just a long ramble as i'm trying to figure out what type of plan i'm gonna try.
