Who's up and getting ready to kill that sh*t

Got mine in at 9...Love KTS early in the morning aswell, specially my cardio. For some reason Im more motivated first thing in the A.M...
 
Hell I was not up I go at night and 4 days week for 1.5hrs or so. I only get up early on a cut for cardio

the early bird always get the worm!

haha. i usually workout after work during the week, but i love going to the gym on the weekends in the mornings when the MILF's are out in full force taking their classes.
 
A bit of a cold and still nursing a fingernail I smashed racking some dumbbells on Thursday but ready to kill some box squats, an ME bench day (adjusting my grip as I found out last week my CGBP is just as high as my wide grip right now... and I think my optimal grip width is a few inches narrower than I have been using when I tuck my elbows very tightly), and tricep/upper back accessories (today will be skulls and face pulls). Going to go easy one verything else as tomorrow is my deadlift day if my finger is healed enough to grip.

Oh man! you too, i mashed my finger loading 2 50 lbs dumbells back to the rack, those things hurt, what pisses me off is that i was just getting warmed up!

I was racking someone else's 30KG bells... the gym owner pays me to come in 3 hours a day on my training days, work the desk and give advices to members between sets and after I finish, and gives me a free membership for it... a lot of times I walk around and rack plates and bells to make the place tidy and smashed my finger doing so last week.
 
That's happened to me a few times , the gym I train at now on holiday is the worst with members but putting there weights away , really irritates me

Did 55 min cardio this am, now I am going back for my early afternoon chest session and another 20 to 30 min cardio session

Only 3 percent bodyfat to go then maintenance (cruise for 8 weeks ) then I can hit my bulker woohooo

Most of the guys are good about it. My gym is a powerlifting gym (they hold meets there) with a boxing academy there and half the regulars are hardcore (meaning they at least squat and deadlift and about half the members do a cycle or two a year)... but we have a few jackasses who never rack their weights. One group of guys is really about it and they do half squats with massive knee buckle, lift their asses of the bench when doing inclines and other general fucktardary... then leave their mess everywhere. LoL

I bet the advice for that day was "watch your fingers or you will smash the shit out of them" lol. In up only cause I can't sleep from a late night workout last night. Might get on up and go work out. Early morning run sounds good to get the day going.
 
Gym closed today just found out... so actually I will nurse my finger and my cold for another day and play with some pullups at home and do some foam rolling.
