Who's up and getting ready to kill that sh*t

Not me, I kill it Monday-Friday 1-2 hours a day. 35 and currently natty again, and cutting right now on top of it. Until I get back on some test and increase my calories a little I am at my recovery limits. I squat 3x a week though.

That 10x10 on goodmornings yesterday is leaving my glutes and hammies sore enough.
 
Late start for me today. I am normally an early riser myself, hitting the gym at 5 am. However, I am coming off a cold and still not quite back to 100% yet. Just finishing my banana and protein shake and then off to the gym.
 
Just got up about an half hour ago taking my pre workout supps gonna hit the gym by 630. Best time only the hardcores are there.
I think I am the only one running a 5x5 though! Anyway KTS people!!!!!!!
 
currently cutting so been twice a day for me for awhile, just finished my second session over here in south africa, last session for 2011

50 min cardio every morning and weights and short cardio in the afternoon , back at gym tomorrow

dieting over the holidays is near impossible but at my lowest bodyfat of the year so very happy now
 
Hell I was not up I go at night and 4 days week for 1.5hrs or so. I only get up early on a cut for cardio
