Who's training what tonight?

Already went to the gym today, no need to critique my workout, I know what works for me:

Military Press 5x5 with 155
Lateral Raises Drop Sets 4x12 with 25 and 15
Front Raise 4x12 with 35
Rev Flye 3x12 with 15
Decline Bench 5x5 with 230
Flat DB Press 3x12 with 80
Dumbell Flye 3x12 with 45
Abs

If numbers seem low, I'm 19.

nah my man, this thread isn't for critiques and definitely not for flaming. just want to hear about all my brothers and sisters who are getting after it.

Today this was what I did:

Push Press: 5 x warmup sets then:

220lbs x 10 reps
232lbs x 6 reps (easy - will do this for first work set for about 8 reps next time!)
165lbs x 21 reps

Seated Cheat Laterals: 3 x "feel sets"

66lbs x 11 pres + 2 half reps

Workout over - The End!

Right now my traps, tris and delts are devastated!

I would like to be working the bench press, but I'm home sick. At least my fingers are getting a workout.

225 x 3. But I haven't done that weight in a couple weeks cus I'm cutting hardcore right now.

Yeah it does ... I'm all about strength training, but I also want to look good, so cutting is very difficult for me due to the strength loss. I may do a bb show this summer though, so I've got that to motivate me.

35s- 3x8-10 incline DB bench
25s- 3x8-10 DB flyes
4x10 dips

30 minutes incline treadmill (only becyase its raining.. im not really a treadmill kinda gal..lol)

First time in a suit felt really good..this thing is a friggin tank..im gonna have to get stronger if im gonna put those straps up and get to para lol..I also need to work on walking weights out..the 605 gave me a little problem setting my foot..wanted to get to at least 650 (just a # i had in my head for the day) but the 1 guy i trust spotting me had to run so i left it there..

even though I should have taken it easy cause of the back, I was feenin so I took the farmers for a little light stroll:



except one minor problem - dipshit forgot the friggin collars at my apt! thought they were in my trunk. needless to say, my night was very shortlived, which blows cak. but it's probably for the better with my back.
 
it was nice out today too..
ahh sometimes we forget things and it really is better

im trying to get curls for girls passed as a new lift in power meets lol

back squats- 135x10, 155x10, 175x5, 175x5, 175x5
lunges 95x5 sets of 10
Sldls 135x5 sets of 10
front squats 95x10, 115x10, 135x5

20 minutes bike/ 20 minutes stairclimber dumg thing.
 
Tonight I did my favorite squat variation.


The diddley squat. Not training this week since I am competing on Sat.

For me, I'm taking it easy until tomorrow. I maxed out yesterday, and I'm going to do some lite upperbody tomorrow. As for tonight? I might do a little cardio short run, walk, rollerblade, or bike session.
 
Tonight it is back workout for mwah...

Lat Pulldowns 2 Warm-up sets then 3 heavy sets

Barbell rows 120kg 2 sets of 8-10

Cable rows 2 hardcore sets to failure

Deadlifts 3 sets working up to a hard 200kg for 3 reps

Hit abs hard, hit the showers and damn i'm looking good :p

same muscle group- totally diff workout-

deads 5x5 @ 195
one arm db rows 3x10 (35s, 45s, 50s)
wide-grip pullups 4x10
hyperextensions w/25 plate 3x10

Hit showers, took advil, went to bed! LOL.

same Sat. changed front squats to 95x10 for 5 sets.

gonna run on the beach today!!
