Apparently the original '73 version was as good if not better. Double kewl.

I just rented it. I personally like Timothy Olyphant as an actor.

Toss up between that or Shutter Island tonight.

I enjoyed it, thought it would be a lot different than it was, but it wasn't bad at all.

The missus & me want to grab it soon as it hits DVD over here, unfortunately missed the cinema screening of it.

I'm positive I'll enjoy it - the 28 days / months later franchise was based on it and those movies were pretty good.

im a huge zombie/apocalypse fan. it sucked big balls. the road was 10 times scarier, and based in reality. the crazies was boring. hate to say it because i wanted it to be good.

me too. I'll see anything he is in. I wouldnt have cared about this movie at all if he wasnt in it. I plan on seeing it soon.

The Road had nothing to do with either (unless you count post-apocalyptic). The only scary parts about The Road was when they were in the house with the cannibals and hiding in the forest when the trees were falling. Great movie, but not all that scary. More sad than anything.

Yeah I don't do well with suspense or horror. The road didn't faze me. Had a few like "Oh No" parts to it but that was it. More sad than scary, I agree.

the road is realistically scary. the crazies isnt scary on either a horror movie or realistic maner. it just really sucked. sadly.

I like most zombie flicks though so I think this will be entertaining at least. Gonna watch it in a few.

Good movie, arguably surpasses the 28 Days/Weeks Later flicks mainly because it was cool to see infected villains that didn't run around like Cujo.
