i am aiming for 3%bf. Last year i stopped at 4,5%bf, i alsways wondered if i could go deeper than that. Def. want my quads to come out better than last year. My upper body was shredded, but my legs where behind the rest of my body, not showing deep striations.
Currently on T3 so eating 575gr of protein/day.

I just ended the first week, have 11 more to go. will be using tren/eq/prop.
