I saw the David Cronenberg film Eastern Promises over the weekend and thought it was very well done. I highly recommend it.

great thread/poll
I'm going with Polanski based on the feelings I had when I saw Rosemary's Baby when I was younger
he created terror without the usual

I have The Pianist on DVD but haven't seen it yet
I'm saving it for a date that would appreciate it,
which is sort of problematic when half my dates have fake tits

you stupid idiot, you forgot Speilberg.
key films: JAWS, ET, INDIANA JONES, SCHINDLERS LIST, JURASSIC PARK, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN.
HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I made a mental note of eastern promises after reading of it in the wall street journal
suggested going to it with a first time date fully expecting her to not even know of it
but she did
then I found out she was a lawyer so it made sense(i.e. educated)

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
"he" hijacked it I'm sure
hell I've done that for a poll, though I usually add to and/or amend the hijacked poll to suit it to my tastes
such as the "favorite base ball player name" poll I made not too long ago
I sort of blended the many similar polls and made one for elite

so in this case I would likely have added Speilberg

On a side note, i saw 'Flags of our Fathers" last night andthought it was a pretty damn good movie. Now I need to see the one from Japan's point of view.
