Call her up and don't focus on selling her on going out. Just talk for 5 mins and bust her balls about whatever. If you don't have the vibe before calling her, don't bother. I have about five excellent restraunts that aren't well known that I invite people to. You invite her out to eat as everyone's gotta eat, hell after working 9 hrs the bitch has got to be hungry and probably doesn't feel like fixing anything anyway. Just say "Are you hungry? Let's just go grab a bite to eat." And just escalate from there. The only commitment she made was to get a quick bite after work, but anytime I'm out with a girl, a small commitment turns into a series of things. Its kinda like the Cialdini principle.
