Whole milk?

Fucking search engine wouldn't let me search for whole and milk together, so I got about 3000 topics, none of them discussing WHOLE MILK.

Anyway.... I suffer from a severe calorie deficient. I'm a hardgainer. I also suffer from a lack of cooking ability. All these together makes it tough. Here's my diet on an average, "good" day:
- Bowl of Protmeal (oats w/ one scoop gainer powder)
- Another bowl of Protmeal, natty pb on 2 slices of w.w. toast, some skim milk
- Tbsp of flax
- Shake consisting of 3 scoops gainer powder 1 scoop TT spread over 6 hours
- Two cans of tuna
- 10 in. turkey sub, french bread with roughly 8 slices of deli turkey. NO CONDIMENTS, some animal crackers
- Tbsp of flax
- 1/2 cup or so cottage cheese right befored bed (the woman says this is one of my problems)

I estimate the above coming to 2200-2500 calories (I dunno how many my sub has). I'm 6'2" 192 (up 20lbs from beginning), and think I need to be closer to 4000. I have scrawny arms, and most people say I'm a pole. The only inconsistency is I have a flabby gut I'd like to lose, but not at the expense of no growth.

Anyway, I'm at the store reading the label on a quart of whole milk. 40g protein. Dayum. A few carbs. Fat= thru the roof, and saturated fat = 20g!!! But when I showed my diet on WBB, I was told I need more fat calories. So I was pondering throwing down a quart of this shit every damn day. But dairy fat is "bad" isn't it? If I don't want to be drinking whole milk, what the frick should I eat (keeping in mind I can't cook shit, nor do I have the time, I think even scrambled eggs may be out of the picture)?

drink the whole milk..if you are a hard gainer it may be the best thing out there. I read a book called Super Squats and they are all about whole milk. i gain fat easily so I couldnt do it but if I were a hardgainer I'de be all about it. Its a good way for you to get your fats carbs and protein. drink up.

Don't call yourself a hardgainer...you are NOT eating enough calories. Like you said 4000 should do the trick.

Learn to grill some chicken..If I can do it anyone can. Buy a grill pan from target.

Eat six times a day...have carbs/protein and fat with every meal.

400 g of carbs
300 g of Protein
133 g of Fat
