I got kicked out of a bar in Columbia Mo. during my undergrad freshman year for breaking a mirror, yeah embarrassing... not a good night, as I had to hightail it out of there intoxicated and a mess... Glad some things ended at 19.you have my back!lol
nah, i probably wouldnt ever get banned. from anywhere. i have always have colored between the lines except for a few years of rebellion in my teenage years.
well, i have been banned from a bar before. but i meant no harm.

i was playing fast pitch softball with cue balls and hit a man in the throat with one of my super fast pitches.
i have never been kicked out of, or banned from anywhere other than that

Being a relative newb here I never got to experience the old Need2 or many of the other peeps you guys are talking about (although the current need2 scares me enough so I don't think I'd like the old one from what I hear 
JK).
Anyway, here is my .02 for what little it is worth.
I, just like everyone, have things that we are sensitive to. My gf has a son who is "challenged" so naturally I am at a disposition regarding this. However I try and take things with a grain of salt. There are some things though that just flat out are mean and should not be said. Several terms that are just racist and demeaning to society in general.
I got a "time-out" a while ago that I did not agree with. Whether or not it was correct, Idk. I will say there is a "clique" here now that if you are not part of, you should just sit quietly in the corner and observe.

for some members, it is NEVER going to be an issue because it's just not in their nature to WANT to stir up trouble. That's what a "time out" is really for.
I have seen members break a rule and when it was brought to their attention, they said, "oh, i'm sorry, i didn't realize." okay, cool. no problem.
other members would say, "why??!!? that's bullshit!" and continue to do it.
so, as you said, You're not a child, and therefore, you don't act like one. i wish all the members were like that though.
