I see Mr. X alot on here a TON, Radar was on here a ton, (here being the AAS forum), I'm just wondering which of the current Mods is going to fill these size 22's he was wearing. I mean, the guy was/is GOOD. You could basically PM him 24/7 it seemed...who's gonna step up?

I don't think anyone can replace RADAR. Let's just be thankful we have other solid mods like Mr. X on here to keep things running smoothly.
 
I DONT think most here have ANY idea of the amount of trust and responsibility that comes with that job...

I WOULDNT want this board to just add anybody out of "necessity" :worried:
IMO it should be someone who has shown they CAN be trusted with sensitive info time and time again :o

Well...you have to be pateint, have a long attention span, and you can't be easily pissed off if you are gonna be a good mod... That eliminates 2/3 of EF members right there.
 
how much does being a mod pay? Is it pro-bono? I think some of your loyal followers who ask for and receive good sound advice should throw a love offering of $10 dollars towards the mods. Don't you agree, Mr. X?
Plus an offering for the hungry and homeless.:)

Term, X and even Polfa are basically the only two people I'd stand behind at this point, X and Polf are already Mods.

I've been doing this for my 5th year, and it pays -0 lol, we volunteer for the job.

if you want to do something, donate to the needy - see my sticky on top.

X and Term, I always pay close attention to your posts, it’s always good advice.

But Radar's exit is particularly troubling to some of us who felt we made a connection with him beyond elite.
When I was a noob (not all that long ago) I know I PM’d and email the guy some really dumbass questions. Never did he criticize, never did he ignore me, and for what I’m sure was the 50millionth time to answer that same question he responded politely, with sincerity and support.
And when I say Radar changed my life. It’s not an exaggeration, just ask anyone around me.
In less than a year I have went from a fat ass 38+in waist to a lean and cut 33. I’ve gained inches in muscle mass all over, I feel better, eat better, and I’m stronger than I was playing football in college …and I’m 45 now.

Radar has been a friend, a mentor, and an inspiration.
He will be sorely missed.

the new mod is gonna have to be personable, extremely knowledgable, a gifted bb--in short an inspiration to all. You have been kept in suspence for long enough....... I accept..... I will be your shephard.

I agree 100%. Need's to be someone that definetely has proven themselves.

I don't know what happened to you health wise RADAR, but seeing this post is very refreshing. Can't wait to see you back on the boards in full force!

Like i said i do not take unpleasant news very well, This has been my second blood transfusion and at that time i was severely depressed and considered just giving up, until i read how many Bro's and Ladies cared, the next day i woke up and vowed to myself that i wasn't going down without a fight!
Sorry if i upset alot of you, i still get upset looking in the mirror every morning- !
All i can do is make the best of a bad situtation & hope for the best!

RADAR--You truly are an inspiration to tons of these members and have helped so many in ways you could never fathom (seen many fellas post where you could've easily saved their life by pointing them in the correct direction).....At any rate, to me personally, it means a ton when you get an educated, experienced opinion from someone as knowledgable as yourself---and an avid experienced bodybuilder of 50+ years old!!!!!

I, speaking for everyone, wish you a speedy healthy recovery and NEED you back on these boards FULL TIME 24/7....

That's the first time I heard anything about what was wrong with you. Can I ask what the blood transfusions were for? I'm positive everyone here cares about you and would really like to know AND continue to give you the needed support that you need :)

Bleeding Ulcer,for some reason my body isn't producing enough red blood cells to make up the difference.

I'm using a tropical Remedy in conjunction to my med that after 3 days has seemed to really make a difference!

Ill go with Term, hes been here from as long as i remember, back around 2000 or so. MANY have gone since then, now that i think about it! All the old school fucks went to AF!
 
I have been off line for the last week. To radar i have crohns and i have had 4 blood transfusions where my body wasn't making red cells. I wish you the the best of luck. If you have any problems or questions feel to ask.

As for additional Mods then Elite run a poll so the members can vote on who they would like to see installed in that position. Whilst this is not a common approach by many boards i actually think it is an excellent one.

So if and when the staff at Elite feel they need to increase the numbers of Mods i am sure a similar poll to the last one per forum will be run.

There is no doubt in my mind that EF's very own "Gentlemanly Giant" will be back in force 100% before we know it.

You've got a lot of people pullin' (and prayin') for ya brudder. Just take it one day at a time. :)

To be honest, I do not see how anyone could Mod anywhere else other than here considering the traffic this board gets.{EF is the biggest on the net}

No one is going to be replacing Radar. He will be back soon.
 
Term would be up for the position. However he has demonstrated a lack of commitment by being lazy and not posting up the collection of Tifany Twat or Tifany teen ( whatever her name is) in his avi.

If you can get into the Admin panel and change the allowable size of the pictures I can give you PLENTY to see :D

But I dont want to have to make ALL of them smaller first :( (Ithat would take me hours :()
I need to be able to post pics with sizes of like 1000x700 pixels, or even 1200x840 :eek2: (I think it is...)

Yes i am sure that is one of the stipulations which would count many out as many do Mod on other boards.

I have a diferent idea.. Could you email the pics to someone else and they could post them up on their own server?

Come on bro ;) That way everyone including non-plats could see.

That would take just as long to upload them to hush emails as they have to be encrypted (and encrypting pics takes forever :o), plus I think you can only do 2-3 pics at a time...
I have probably 200+ pics of her stored on my computer :p :D
