I haven't had a cig in nearly 10 months now. And I don't miss em. I made sure I grossed myself out when I decided to quit last March by chain smoking my last half pack in my room til everything in it reeked. My lungs and head hurt. I had to Febreeze my room over and over and leave the window open all night before I could sleep in there it smelled so nasty.

Cigarettes are worthless.

The sad thing is that I am serious. I will quit one day but right now it is my last vice heck I hardly even freeway wheelie anymore. So I will smoke until the carton price goes over $30 for winston lights heh at least they don't have any additives.

I smoked for 4 years and quit about 6 months ago. Marked improvement in my overall well-being.

I don't crave anymore, but I do notice higher stress. So I just eat some Avena Sativa and Rhodiola Rosea. That tends to do the job.

I started smoking when I was 17. Smoked up to 2 packs a day for 10 years. First time I quit was because I had double pneumonia. I've quit three times since the first quit. I'm done with em for sure this time. Haven't had a cigarette in over a year. Damned filthy, disgusting weeds. Quittings hard, staying off is harder.

Look, you ever decide to quit, I'll be glad to support, listen, whatever (swear to God). It's not so hard (I promise you). Three days of misery, and a lot of stubborness. I've done it a lot of ways, frankly cold turkey's the easiest of them all.

I mean, really, you're paying the tobacco companies $4.00 to $10.00 (or more) a day for the privelege of killing yourself. If you aren't addicted it tobacco does NOTHING for you except make you sick. It's only a tranquilizer, of sorts, when you're ALREADY addicted to it.

Oh, and BTW, HT, quitting improves sex
