seriously, if you are looking to kill your appetite i agree with GD. try one of those meal replacement shakes. they really kill your appetite.

carth, if there was a true appetite suppresant out there that is not a stimulant it would be called a magic bullet. no such thing.

eating lots of dark green vegetables (fiber is what we're after here) and healthy fats, both keep appetite low, and insulin levels low as well.

also try taking like (2-3) 5-htp in the morning on an empty stomach, that may help.
