I hope you don't mind answering a few questions. Tell me to STHU if I'm being intrusive:)

Will you be directing/producing one of your own scripts? If so, would you be willing to disclose the logline? Are you an actor as well?

Thanks.

Do you have anything to do with the industry? Or, are you just curious? (no banana joke)

I'll quote someone who knows much better than I: http://library.creativecow.net/articles/gregory_browne_rob/logline.php

"WHAT'S A LOGLINE?
A logline is a one or two-sentence summary of your story. Probably the best place to find a sample logline is to look in your TV Guide or local equivalent, which are full of brief story summaries. But let me give you an example.
Here's a logline for The Fugitive:

After he's wrongly convicted of murdering his wife, a high-powered surgeon escapes custody and hunts down the real killer, a one-armed man."

For me writing a succinct, exciting logline, as well as a synopsis of a script, is one of the hardest things to do. It took me a long time to understand the value of a logline and the revelation of it's high concept in such an abbreviated form. I still have troubles with it- .

me: writing, directing, and since it's all my money - producing. fortunately i have a great crew to do dp, grip, makeup, ad, artwork, sound engineer and run camera units. you have no idea how much is involved in a film. it's f'n scary.

Dayum! You are one lucky man. I do have an inkling of the mass work involved. While I didn't graduate from a film school (art school-here), I did study for a year and a half at a film school, and was able to specify a minor in filmmaking with my BFA. I'm also kind of a loner when it comes to projects (which is absurd considering the cooperative effort it takes to make a film-lol)

doing 2 movies back2back. cuz it's much MUCH easier to sell 2 movies to distributors for the price of 1 (and investors if u need it) and garner much needed above/below the line talent when u show you have a lot of work to offer.

Yes, this what I have heard. Congratulations on your efforts. Lots of people talk about it but very, VERY few actually will labor to see it happen. So you have my respect and best wishes. Please keep me, and us, updated.

Personally I love to watch the progress of something like this. I have a friend who is working on what he likes to call :The $1000 Spielberg. (he actually had a registered website called this but apparently, believe it or not, legal representatives of Spielberg's threatened to sue.

LOL, I like your banana jokes. :artist:

No, I'm not in the industry, but I do have a filmmaking background. I recently completed my first live action script which I am now revising while continuiing to outline my second. :)

she is a myspace chikee doo. I saw her in a movie recently, too, in a bit part, pretty much playing herself.
