Natural curl...hated it. Before I cut my hair all off...I could pull it down to my waist yet it would curl back up to about shoulder length.

I was horrible at forms. All of the little short guys went home with the trophies in those events. Always was ranked in the top 8 in weapons though. Was ranked #2 for 3 years straight in fighting. That was my event.

I ate 7-8 clean meals a day, everyday. I not only went from 152-230 clean...but I went from 152-305 naturally. It wasn't fun, especially the food and being "fat" at different times...but the end result was what I wanted.

Took this one tonight...283lbs this afternoon...after sweating my tail off in the gym today.

I know...I am fat, no lats, no seperation, no calves...AND I don't know how to pose...lol...but these are all for good laughs..right?

Nice Hamstring and quad development. You are right you have no calves.

All you have to do is just stand on your tippie toes...it looks like you are almost standing with your feet flat on the ground...of course they aren't going to be flexed.

Needing to strengthen my shoulders, erectors, hams, and calves...I think I can tell a difference in the past several weeks.

LOL...c'mon dude, cut me some slack here...I just said they looked small compared to the size of your upper body.

If anyone's got small calves, it's me....about 14.25" cold.

Read this post fully again...I went from 152-305 naturally. It was a pain going from decently lean to fat to decently lean...over and over again...but I did it. I don't look great and don't have that "ripped" look either.

My training has changed a lot over the years, constantly changing. I always stuck with squats, flat bench, and deadlifts. I built a big foundation for years, that is the key in my opinion...build a big foundation with the big lifts.

I am currently combining Westside Barbell methods with strongman training. I have gained a lot of ham, glute, erector, and shoulder strength/size from this type of training. Basically everything on my back side has grown immensely. I rarely do much chest work...I mostly do overhead work.

Project: Sure...go ahead...pick on me!!! ;)

Actually I did read the post.. with regard to the cycles q? it was my lame way of asking if you are natural w/o pissing you off it you were not...:)

You should be proud of your transformation bro... I envy your results..

I'm 5'10'', was 180# when I was 19 and lifting for 3 years, then quit workign out and got married and balooned up to 295 (mostly fat :mad: ) by the time i turned 30...

Fast forward to today, I'm 32, down to 230# ~25%bf, been lifting again for about a year now, mostly HIT(Heavy Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Press).... Looking yo get down to 15%bf (200# I think) and start working on a w/o program like yours... including incorporating strongman work...

I'd really appreciat the chance to pick your mind more about your program and how to change mine to reach my goals...

calves are indeed small tho. theyre only like half an inch larger than mine and you got like 80 lbs on me and im taller

Thanks...

I don't have a calf macine to use...so I just improvise. I also have veins running through them quite often and they are pretty lean. Who knows about calves...I mostly train them for injury prevention...
