Who is the victim?

From reading the article it appears that there is no victim. Both of them should have handled themselves differently.

Without a greater insight into the incident, and the truth often being quite elusive, my opinion is worthless also. But, I don't like cops so I'll just side with the old woman.

BROOKLYN STYLE, NOUGAT!! AHHHH!!!

The bottom line is she DID break the law. Somehow she thought she deserved "priviledged" treatment over other people who have had tickets for the same thing.

The police officer certainly was more than fair by giving her the choice to WALK to his car. After all, she dared him to arrest her.

If I had been that officer, when she put up that struggle on being removed from her car, I would have pepper sprayed her ass. I don't fucking care. These officers down here are constantly harassed and put in jeapordy at every single traffic stop by the immigrants from Cuba and Canada here. I don't see how they keep their sanity from having to deal with the hassles every night.

Of course the black community is raising a fuss and proclaiming her innocent.

Bitch should have took the ticket and told it to the judge.

Bitch got what she deserved. If you've ever been on a ride along you know how much bullshit cops put up with over traffic tickets. Almost everyone we pulled over cussed up a storm, refused to take tickets, etc..

I'm impressed by the fact she completed 45 years as a nurse in Brooklyn.
Not exactly the profile of an unreasonable rebbel.
She's old and hypertensive,, in an unfamiliar city, and being harrased (she thought) by a large young male,
I think that accounts for her screamin, she wanted to attract a crowd for her own protection.
She's not innocent, but the policeman could have handled the situation far better.
Man, if my mother were treated this way I'd be livid.

If you're impressed by the fact she worked for 45 years in Brooklyn then you will also know she must be a fucking bitch. She couldn't have survived any other way.

Why would you be impressed that she was a nurse? you expect her to be unemployed and illiterate her whole life? Millions of people work, are you impressed with millions of people?

And the fact that the officers were doing their job does not qualify as "harrasment."

She needs to be beaten with sticks.

Just playing. She deserved what she got.

nothing wrong with how the police dealt with the situation.

no tazer? damn, she could have been on PCP or something.
