I know this is stupid thinking but I truly think I too could grow like a monster if I had a personal chef that would make all of my meals for the following day. I believe I train hard enough but my weakness is my food intake....I've tried making my meals for the following day and I found myself up until 2am cooking chicken breasts, sweat potatoes and veggies anyway, that didn't last long. But, I guess the old adage "if it were easy everyone would do it" comes to mind. I have have to give all those guys mad props for the dedication they had coming up through the ranks when they didn't have a fat bank account and their success road solely on their shoulders.

Not to flame ya brotha, but Kevin has incredible genetics. So do the rest of the top pro's. Maybe you could grow like crazy, but you wouldn't look anything like Kevin and the rest. Unless you have similar genetics, then OK, maybe you would. Just a thought.

Rich Gaspari............. yea right, that guy is a joke. i used to see him in the mall by my house, i worked there. his gym was right around the corner from the mall, eatontown area, monmouth mall. he would strut around the mall like an idiot. i don't think he does that any more, he was busted for selling in his gym.

I can't believe you people. The obvious answer is Greg Valentino.

I someday hope to have a physique just like his.

I would say Flex!!! he was always 2nd everytime, to Dorian and then Ronnie!!! personally I take his physique over Ronnie any day!!!. Flex looked awesome more like old school era yet still competed with the monsters of today!!

Bertil Fox stood impassively in the dock as the foreman of the nine-member jury announced the verdict last Friday to the High Court of St. Kitts, in the West Indies: guilty on two counts of murder. Nor did the 47-year-old Fox, a two-time former Mr. Universe who was once regarded as the greatest of bodybuilders, betray any emotion as Judge Neville Smith announced the mandatory sentence: death by hanging on the prison gallows.
The dramatic courtroom scene came at the close of a five-day trial in which Fox stood accused of killing his former girlfriend, model Leyoca Browne, and her mother, Violet, last September in Violet's dress shop in St. Kitts's capital city of Basseterre. The murders were the latest in a rash of violent crimes involving hard-core bodybuilders (SI, May 18), whose subculture mixes a toxic cocktail of emaciated egos, financial hardship and anabolic steroid abuse.
Fox had been tried for the crimes in February, but the case was ineptly
