Shawn Ray and Kevin Levrone. Stay in shape year round. They rarely weigh over 230. Also two class acts, very nice guys. I've emailed Shawn Ray before and he was pretty cool. It didn't seem like responding to my emails was a chore to him but it was pretty cool.

Kevin has since moved but when he lived close by a few friends of mine as well as myself would train and party with him in his off-season. And you're right he's a decent guy...a bit egotistical but that's to be expected..right. I've always considered him be to one of the more healthy bb because he only juiced hard 6-7 months out of the year. Personally I think that's been his downfall. He would dropped to 220lb and looked like the average bro on the street that workout on a regular basis. It wasn't until he started bang'n a shit load of growth and anything else under the sun would his incredible genetics come out.

I know this is stupid thinking but I truly think I too could grow like a monster if I had a personal chef that would make all of my meals for the following day. I believe I train hard enough but my weakness is my food intake....I've tried making my meals for the following day and I found myself up until 2am cooking chicken breasts, sweat potatoes and veggies anyway, that didn't last long. But, I guess the old adage "if it were easy everyone would do it" comes to mind. I have have to give all those guys mad props for the dedication they had coming up through the ranks when they didn't have a fat bank account and their success road solely on their shoulders.
