The biggest guy ever on this board was big mofo. He doesn't post much anymore. About two years ago his girlfriend posted that her boyfriend, big mofo, was attempting to put on another 10 pounds. No big deal right? Then she says, he weighs 290 at 9% and he's trying to get to 300. We were all like yeah sure lady. And she got mad at us. So one guy posts, "post his picture" "but have him holding a knife and fork so we know it's him". She did and it turned into one of the funniest images I have seen here. It looks as if the formula takes height as well as body fat into account and strictly displays a number associated to lbm per inch of height so "little guys" as you call em, sure can have some very decent numbers.
