manny78 Plat Hero Platinum Dec 11, 2003 #13 The thing with RU is that the optimal dosage will not be the same for everyone. What worked for Fonz was definitely too much for me. Now as a cortisol blocker only, it would be an idea. Dunno if at 30mg ED it would still be effective.
