i hear the proper way to inject is to draw and if there is droplets of blood to pull out and start over. so what happens if you just inject straight? without drawing
if you inject without aspirating (drawing), you could be injecting into a vein which can be a problem. Just aspirate & if you see blood pull it out & inject again.

I think most people on here will say they aspirate. I do like Ivtitan said... only pull enough to see a tiny bubble.. Typically if there is a problem the syringe will fill with blood with out even aspirating. Then you just pull out and try again. But probably always a good idea to do so just incase
