From my experience, people who are ON AS (seriously on) work 10x harder than those who ARE NOT on. (General bodybuilders, not those "powerlifter types")... I get sick and tired of people saying "Well, I"m natual, you aren't... that's why you look better"...

No, I look better because I leave my fucking blood and guts in the gym and eat a diet that would make a normal man throw up.

Sure, natural physiques... nice, cut and whatnot.. I have respect for you, I honestly do. BUt I LOSE all respect for you when you take away from someone the work they have put into their bodies.

NOw, having said that... And thinking about what T-boy just said... I'm not sure you were even implying that... but if you WERE!

Dude, just checked out your pictures... the hunger strike is over!! Just kidding.

You do have a pretty low bodyfat on you... I'd have guessed less than 7%, but your muscle mass is also low as well... but then again, from your posts, I don't think you care about that.

I've seen HI before, I wouldn't be defending him if I didn't think he could back it up. ALot of people misunderstand him because he speaks his mind and often times speaks the cold truth... something that many of us will candy-coat.

I'm no stranger to AAS. They help you work harder and recover faster while achieving greater results more efficiently. I'd say they make time in the weight room about 4 times more effective on average. Especially for keeping fat down while maximizing muscle...the look we all desire. Roids work vey well. Plain and simple.
