Who has NEVER been arrested?

I've been arrested three times. Yay crime. Who has never been read their rights?

i've never been arrested.
 
5 or 6 times can't remember. I just know jail sux. You can't get a coke when you want one. And the toilet seat is really dirty.
 
The last time I got in trouble was when i was at my parents house on Xmas eve. The DA hand delivered a grand jury indictment to me. That was 2003. Lets just say I am not getting in any more trouble.

I agree, once you have to deal with all the bullshit you never want to do it again. And those who do get sucked into the machine and never get back out.
 
Partook in a couple of school riots, when protesting no extra curricular activities for a whole year as teacher were going to work to rule something.

And then when American's invaded Iraq I did get in a scuffle with the cops infront of the US consulate. We were protesting by the way, before some asshole cop decided to bug a poor protestor sitting quitely.

Both times i was released without charges.

Other times I have committed crimes for which i was never caught.
 
possesssion of marijuana in maryland
public indecency in florida (swimming nude on the ft lauderdale beach)
dwi in switzerland
2x dwi in maryland (in one week!! EEK) I was in denial.

nothing in the last 12 years.
 
never been arrested, although hid the bong behind the door whilst still holding it as I talked to police officiers inquiring about that "strange smell" in 1993....lol
 
I have been in jail twice....

Barely got off several other charges I could have been arrested for.....

and did a ton of illegal activities I've never gotten caught at.
 
I dont know what you count as arrested. I once was escorted to the cop van for questioning and they took my personal information.

Illegal use of fireworks when I was 14 or so.

I had to do labour sentence of 20 hours or so community service. I showed up, as gentlemanlike as I could, to the station to make an appointment, they lost my file and never called me again. I called them and they said never mind
 
Never arrested.

Been cuffed a few times. One was when I was 16 and I got pulled over at about 1:30am coming home from my friends place. The cop pulled me over because they were looking for a black guy who robbed a gas station 20 minutes earlier. :confused:

He just also happened to be driving a honda apparently.

arrested for shoplifting as a junior in HS.

caught shoplifting but released by security as a senior in HS.

escorted by cops out of a motel (playing pool) because we were tresspassing. i had
actually broken into a nearby machine/utility room to find the key to the game room
weeks before. i did that in the middle of the night, then took a shower in the nearby
bathroom because i was all dusty from my mission impossible activities. luckily, they
never found out about all that.

arrested for underage drinking and public intoxication twice during college.

that's all i can remember. pretty tame. but i guess it's nice to get away with the
serious stuff.
 
I had a clean rap until one day i got arrested for Criminal tresspassing on my best friends property while he was with me! Then the very next day arrested again, same charge for being in a church parking lot talking on my cell! Pretty screwed up situations but they have both been dropped so im happy.

I got arrested once in the 6th grade... and almost another time when I was chased on foot by the cops in 7th or 8th grade, but I got away...

but nothing since then. I've just gotten better at not getting caught... ;)

Came close a couple times though. The time I actually got caught, it turned out the cop was my daysitter's kid that I knew from many many years back, and that was actually the reason he let me go.
 
out of all my misdemeanor charges(14) I was only convicted of one driving while suspended(was picked twice in two weeks driving home from work) and one public intox. Some charges were bullshit. I was charged with possesion of marijuana 2x and it was found on someone else while I was a passenger in their vehicle. When it went to court the judge said two people can't posses one thing and charges were dismissed. My lawyer also just kept all offenses to one court date so I ccould plead guilty to a lesser charge and all companion charges would be dropped. I finally learneed after spending $35,000 total in lawyers court costs and fees.

Failure to comply with the orders of a police officer......did 4 months and I'm still on probation for it.....that one stung.
Stupid shit but I've calmed down since.....kinda
 
Never. I've been cuffed and asked to sit quietly in the back of a cruiser once or twice, but I knew the deputies and they were just doing me a favor.
 
Me. I could arrest myself... ;)

Well...Charged with a DUI. Went to trial, spent $12,000, no DUI.

I lost my license for 6 months for refusing to blow. That and the money. That's my deterent.
