who has impacted your life.

family, a couple sport coaches, a few teachers
especially my grandma - she grew up in Germany and went through unimagineable shit during WWII even though her dad was part of the Nazi party
 
I was 20, married, 1 child, met a friend who sold me my 1st house..

taught me to go ahead and be me.. loud, confident, and always moving forward..

what a bastard he turned out to be, left his wife with 2 kids, took up with an 19 yr old whore, and stole more money from people than anyone has a right to..

God i miss him..
 
that polish dude, i forgot what his handle is here, id remember if i saw it. hes the one who showed me EF.

once i got here, the one that stands out the most is gonelifting- used to talk with me about my training and diet and help me out.

off EF, my coaches, tought me motivation, dicipline,

my parents, helped raise me, still are, instill good morals, a
 
My parents and siblings... no doubt

And I totally believe my first boyfriend (who I am still with now). He's older and I feel like I've matured a lot because of that (not in a bad way, at least I don't think). :)

The people that hurt me the most made the biggest impact. If it were not for them and all the pain they inflicted, I would not be the strong soul I am today.

Can't think of anyone. Maybe my highschool football coach. I wanted to drop out of school and he wouldn't let me. I cared what he thought, so I didn't.
 
my parents. if i had 1/10th of their work ethic, id be a fucking grade a student right now instead of suffering from chronic migraines from working a graveyard shift at a gas station.
tons of mma fighters/bjj guys.
my grand parents. one of them was a war hero.. im joining the army after college to be 'just like him.'
 
The men I served with in the marines dramatically changed my life for the better.

yes men I served with did the same for me.met a lot of people from all over the place that I would have never met had I not left this dame state for a wile.
 
Probably my ex-stepdad in a positive way. He's the only person I ever really let in, including my ex wife, unfortunately.

There are plenty of others, but I got what I did out of them by watching, not really through a healthy give and take relationship.

I should probably work on that.

Cornholio was the reason I came here and he was the reason I started lifting weights again after a long layoff. I'll never forget that. Lifting weights has changed my life.


My cousin and his wife have both been a very good influence on my life. They are the smartest two people that I know. I used to work for my cousin and watch their family life daily while working for them from their home. Very smart. very thoughtful of others, very down to earth. They are unlike any people i know and didn't care to be. I'm lucky to have known them and grow with them.

Bad influence is my first girlfriend. She messed me up for every other girl I'd be with after that. I often wondered why it happened during my first, but it doesn't matter. It happened and that's that. Maybe it was a good thing, because my life would have went in another direction, so no real regrets. Even with her. I guess.

She just did every possible thing a gf could do wrong. Cheat, lie, deceive, lie, cheat, fuck around, lie, cheat, deceive. Did I mention lie and cheat? My first gf, so I had no idea these things were possible. lol BIG wake up call. She was a bit older than me and into drugs. Ehhh. Good riddance.

She walked on water as far as I was ever and still am concerned. If it were not for her I would have thought all women were evil.
