I've never done this that you speak of! I'm only in my twenties!

Ah well let me tell you how much you have to look forward. You get to have yourself a wicked night then about 2 hrs before you goto work you start to get sleepy.. your prolly still drunk at this time so its not to to bad.
You go into work and within 3 hrs you are sweating, eyes hurt, prolly a headache and dehydrated like a worm in the sand.
Right now your thinking its not to to bad and you can handle this. But then a few hours pass and your lovely high you had from the night is gone and hangover sets in, all you want to do is go lay down and sleep. Everything your feeling is 2 times as worse now.. you pretty much want to kill yourself and you are saying that your not going to do that again.
You suffer this for the rest of the day and you are in and out of focus of whats going on around while you wish you could get out of work early and try and plan a scheme or tell the boss your sick and need to go home.. The way you look will back that up as long as your still not rankin of booze.
Now after you said you would never do it again, 2 weeks or 1month goes by and you decide you did it before so you should be able to do it again.. process repeats and you wonder what in the hell you were thinking!

lmao...hit the nail on the head.

It depends on what kept you up.... Drinking is a little harsh w/ no sleep, but I do other stuff and we go out Friday and usually don't sleep until Monday or Tuesday night. Really. I'm used to it now, just makes the week drag a little. And I'm 33 years old.

AHHH yes lived this way for many many years. It was like a vicious circle--start off thursday or Friday night exhaust every drug known to man for three days-- go straight to work Monday or tuesday, always depending if I didn't call off that Monday, which I was known to do. Doing bumps, caps or pills in the bathroom to get me through the day(that's if we had any left). Trust me years and years of this will eventually catch up to you mentally and physically. I have been sober from drugs and alcohol for almost three years thanks to the help of Alcoholics Anonymous.........and let me tell you I do not miss one bit of those excruiating days at work but what I think was worst then being at work was the drive to work, pure hell!!
