lmao soklu...i haven't witnesses the cooking myself...but i doubt the legs can jump. especially since theyre DEAD. your eyes are just playing tricks on you so you think you saw them jump

no i never saw them jump or anything

well nerves are VERY sensitive. So if for ANY reason the nerves are still operating after the legs are ripped off (they shouldn't be) then the extremely high temperatures burn the nerves into inactivity. Either way, they will NOT jump

lol i can look at a thousand pics of me and i still don't see a resemblance i don't know why. LOL no intention to step on hammy's toes but trust me soklu...it's not premature

Not only have I ate frog legs, I have caught them and cleaned them also.

Heres what you'll need for a good hunt: a boat, tons of beer, an extremely BRIGHT flashlight, a baseball bat and a net.

See if you can figure out what your supposed to do.

Also--if you feel sorry for them keep in mind bullfrogs are some of the most destructive little critters out there---and some states have even outlawed their importation. Why? Because they will eat ANYTHING that will fit into their mouths. Including baby birds.

Wife and I both love em. Much more tender than chicken when cooked properly, goes well with garlic, parsley and a wine sauce. In Asia they don't eat only the legs! They just chop it all up, head, body the lot, nothings wasted.

The best frogs legs I've ever tasted and incidently the cheapest were at a restaurant called 'Darimana' in Ubud Bali. They cook it in a way so that it just melts in your mouth!

The ones I had tasted like garlic and butter with a hint of meat. Delicious but there's a high death-rate for a filling meal. Kind of makes me think of plankton.
