Who got their ass out of bed and did cardio this morning?

3V Try riding your bike after your leg workout,
go at a slow steady pace for 10 or 15 minutes,
I do that, and my legs stay fairly fresh.
Hope you're feeling better.:)

sweatin my fat ass off...then will hit the weights in the pm...
 
less than 10 hours til cardio time...hope you're ready guys...i want you to work extra hard since.....well just because.

Plus i've been slackin' and I will be punishing myself so you can feel free to do the same.

I always wondered what happened when
you peddle real hard. Now I know.;)

Did my 2 1/2 mile run through the park,
including one tumble from stepping in a hole
when I was distracted.:p
I'm sure she was impressed though, I had great
form on my fall.:D
