I definately don't care for it. In the past, when I've set out to bulk up for the purpose of putting on serious mass I've always lost my nerve and went back to the low/complex carb route. The problem is that everytime I return to my previous bf after such a short boute with bulking, my muscle mass also returns to it's previous self. However, I'm determined this time. This time I'm going to hang tough until my body figures out that it's natural for it to have this much mass and keep it. This up and comming cycle should help that quite a bit.
 
anybody try a bulker eating the same bulking diet they always did, but using test/tren instead of test/deca? I could swear my last cutter on test/tren I put on lean mass while dieting pretty severely

Most grocery stores have one. As long as you're getting your 300-400 grams of protein and some good fats you can grow like an animal eating junk. Most the guys here are afraid of bulking. They want to do a "lean mass cycle". The fact is you won't grow very much doing that. They end up wasting most their gear because they don't take in enough calories to maintain postive nitrogen retention. I gave up years ago posting over and over that you shouldn't worry about gaining fat while you bulk. And now that we have Sesapure and Glucorell you don't even gain that much fat.

There's any scientific proof or explanation showin if high cal diets and fat storage have benefits in recovery/hypertrophy of the muscle fiber? I'm glad for those who see benefits from this bulkin and cutting but in my opinion it is plain bullcrap. The lean mass will always stay there; the so called "muscle mass" or the thickness of the muscles I think it is just determined by the bf percentage in the area or in the whole body.

That's why unless there is indeed scientific backup, that bulkin and cuttin technique is a non-sense technique, waste of time, money (for extra food) and resources.

again, that's just me. For those who work, congrats!

I think people that compete in bb shows need to chime in on this. I am interested to see how many got where they are by the steady no bulk or cut routine and how many got most of their mass from bulkin cycles. Most the ones I know have had to bulk and eat some serious cals to get where they are.

No not ripped at the moment. Hovering around 12-14%. This is the heaviest I've ever been, and about as "off season" as I get. Waist is 36" on a full stomach. Comp weight is 222-228. BTW, you show me someone that's 5'10" 285 and ripped, I'll show you Jay's successor.
