WHO GETS BULKED UP THEN CANT STAND THE EXTRA BF & WATER AND END UP SHEDDING??

Hate being bloated and fat or dealing with it

None of the above. I never bulk nor cut. I keep a steady progress with lean mass and low bf levels.

I think this is going to be my knew way of going about things. I'm tired of stuffing myself only to later starve myself while cutting. Slow and steady for me from now on. Whenever I cant' run up two flights of stairs w/o getting winded its definetly time to cut.

All the more reason to not let your bf climb above 12-15% even while bulking. If you're on a high dosage of aromatizing steroids you cant avoid the water retention and bloating, but there's a difference between that and fat. A good example is your abs. If you can see your abs but your belly sticks out beyond your feet, you're bloated. If you cant see your abs AND your belly sticks out, you're bloated AND fat, definitely not a good combo. I'm not hating at all. I'm currently 5'10" 285 and am starting a 2 phase 16 week cycle. I'm right there with all you bro's.

btw I am getting a little chunky not too bad but it is affecting my ego. But since I am using EQ about week 6ish I am now starting to see some gain. I have a lot of bloat even while using AIFM to the point I threw in Adex eod now too. so I am somewhat feeling chunkier than I probably am. I have really upped my dosages of test and EQ like 800 mg tes ew and 600 EQ ew.

I am growing a tail I think but it is a side I am willing to deal with. Besides it makes swatting flies easier!

I really don't know when this "bulkin" and "cutting" became so popular but for me doesn't make much sense. I guess once new and more potent drugs were available bodybuilders started this "bulking" since with the new compounds weight gain was easier than before. Those 4-5 thousand cals a day diets doesn't make sense to me either. But that's just me. I prefer the old skewl style. And the old school look of course. :)

Try more like 7,000. 4-5 is maintenance cals. Around 3 to 3.5 to lose. I will be the first to admit that the extra weight is a pain in the ass. Hard to breath, can't bend over, sweating like a pig, can't reach your back to wash it in the shower not fun but the goal is what you have to keep your eye on. I see the best results when the cals are high as far as muscle addition and you can always burn off the fat later.

Pfft - Same issue here. I was "bulking" for winter, but could not stand the gut I was putting on. I swithced it up and I am now cutting.

My plan is to get to low BF stay that way. I hate the work of gettign down low - rather just stay there.
