Who gained on less?

me.

i ran about 200mgs of test prop..hell, i can even gain pretty good just on 100mgs..but I prefer atleast 200. My body reacts strongly to test, so I can run it in low doses
 
I am a firm believer in running minimal dosages, It works for me. I run 300 mgs of prop. and usually run 150 mgs of tren eod along with it. I run the tren for 8 and the test for 12. this cycle is all I ever need. so for me I dont see why I should run high doses of test, by high I am refering to 1000mgs a week and above. besides, you have very little sides when you run lower dosages .
 
I realized that it's all about diet; eating enough calories and protein. I sounds simple and lecture but it is what it is. Drugs are just drugs and will do only so much; and without change you'll be stuck like I was for a year.
 
At 5' 8 1/2" - I ran 250 test e with dbol kick-start and had wonderful gains. Went from 182 to 210, then back to 194 - keeping 12 solid lbs (was 1st cycle). Second was 500 test e with dbol. Went from 192 to 220, then back to 202 (now). Getting ready for # 3 as we type ~ 235 Here I come!!! :p
 
I have never gone above 500mgs of test!
My first run was 250mgs of test ent for ten weeks. I gained 20lbs.
Your results are all diet driven!
 
I've never run very low doses. I don't think there's any point in it. If you want to look like you're using AAS, then use enough to cause an effect. My first cycle was 400 mgs of test and 400 mgs of EQ. I don't see any point in using less than 400 mgs/wk of any AAS.
 
I am actually gaining while off. I'm two days away from my fourth week clean, and my poundages are still climbing. They are much higher than they were when I was on. I must admit, I was working out like a punk.
I have made good gains off of 200mg/wk of Upjohn Test Cyp in the past. Arnold revealed the secret in Pumping Iron. You just have to be man enough to hear and apply his wisdom. All the secrets to gaining muscle are there in one sentence. All the gear in the world won't help if you work out like a punk. I would say that great gains can be made on only 500mg of Test per week, as long as your drive and desire are there.

True, you can make gains off that much, but that does not apply to everyone. Some may need a little more to grow, but not much more. Steroids are just so fuckin complicated of a subject, more or less calories, more or less steroids, more or less exercise, etc. Who knows, you just have to experiment, but for sure, more gear doesnt work more than less gear, at least for me; more food does work more than gear.
 
I had some amazing gains from 200mh/wk of cyp. I actually started out really low at 100mg every other week for 4 weeks then I jumped to 200mg/wk for the remaining 8. I ate like crazy and took enough protein to kill me. I planned it out so that I had the $$ and the time to workout while on. Hell I could've injected maple syrup in me and I would've gained. Diet and training are key.

That said my next cycle is looking like 500 test-e/wk with 400-500mg eq/wk. :)

Agree, more doesn't always mean more gains... sometimes, just more sides.

Bump for Quad to pipe up; he's done VERY heavy loads and now taking very very low doses along w/a change in his training regime - He was having very good results last I heard...
 
Here goes...

I have used up to 750mg test before with 600mg deca and 75mg dbol per day and gained maybe 15lb from a cycle. My diet was poor though at this time.
My last cycle (number 9) was tren @ 225mg a week with 350mg test prop and I gained a solid 12lb no water bloat and climbed to 220lb at 5`8 1/2"...

I know of about ten friends who all juice on and off but the one who makes the best gains is a friend who uses 250mg test and 300mg deca per week for only six weeks and he has 17" arms and looks really good.
The other guys all do 500mg test and upwards with dbol, tren and deca added too and look like shit. Their diets are shit, they take rec drugs and dont sleep properly.

In my ten years of experience, it is best to take 250-500mg test as a base with another compound at 200-400mg added. No more is needed... 600mg max! If you dont respond to this dose up it by 200-300mg a week. I just dont see why 1g of test a week is necessary, your body only produces about 50mg a week naturally. That is overkill. Think of your heart, liver, etc processing all that junk.
I know also of a top amateur who has won titles and looks shit hot and takes only 700mg a week throughout his whole career and takes 3-4 months off betwen cycles.
Its all in diet, recovery and intensity in the gym.. Gear is important but small amounts will get you looking shit hot with less sides...
