I'm not excited about it. I still have to take a shower, and be out of here in the next 45 minutes. I wish this shit came in a pill sometimes.
 
I don't think many of u actually work out.
 
I went at 3 p.m., got back 2min ago. It was a so-so workout. Watching the World Cup now and then will go play some golf at 5 :D
 
I went to the gym at 10am this morning.

Decent workout, skipped squats and deadlifts though. Benched 225 for a couple sets. curled 95 on straight bar curl for bis.

Had 4 eggs and two chicken sausages, gonna hit the beach now.

you're not gonna get heavier doing that running bidness and skipping squats

good point man. 220 and lean is my ultimate goal.

i just need to get my shit together gym wise. get enough sleep, eat a little more, etc.

why is that a shitty PWO? those chicken sausages were high in protein, low in saturated fat. 4 eggs provides some complete protein as well. what would you have done differently?

PWO should be all about simple carbs, preferably some malto/dextrose and whey protein in a 3:1 ratio, you pretty much want to create an insulin spike and add some fast absorbing protein to the mix

oats are low on the glycemic index, they are absorbed slowly

eggs are also a slow absorbing protein (as opposed to whey), you're better off eating eggs in the AM or before bed

hmmm...in reality there is no such thing. You need to train harder add 1lb per workout if that is what it takes.

I've been doing HST, so I add about 5% every workout. I made great gains over the past few years, I can't complain, they just don't come nearly as easily anymore.

The only plateaus are in your mind bro. I guarantee if your training partner put on an extra 5 pounds w/o you knowing it, you'd power right through it.

i dunno about that bro, I'm working with my 5 rep max right now and it seems like an extra ounce can kill a set.

Honestly, I would bet you hard cash that if you didn't know you were lifting an extra 5 pounds, seriously didn't even suspect, you could rep it no prob.

I did.
4 mile walk pushing a jogging stroller at 7am that incorperated lunges and pushups then calve raises and pullups, I got home 9:30am. yeeeeeeeee!
 
I was going to run up north in the nice fresh air....forgot a sports bra.....can't hold them puppies in when I am running without one!

I just got back. Worked chest, back, abs, neck, and did cardio. All I can say is that my DECAPATATION POWER just increased! Get the fuck outta my way, I'm full of energy, I slept all day and night yesterday and half of the day today.
