I have been doing tension benches and squats meaning i go down only 3/4 of the way and go 1/4 the way up. (and do not lock out) and i must say i love it !!! i get a much better pump because when i lock out i give my muscles time to rest and that is not good, with this i keep a full stressload on my muscles which give me a great pump. I have not felt this strong i don't think in my life !!!
anyone else do this, and if so tell me about your experiences with this method !!! thanks.
