I don't have any midgets. I'm not saying I don't want midgets. Hell, I've always said one of my dreams is to live on an island, guarded by my loyal army of midget whores. But we all have our dreams.
As for flaccid, it doesn't get much more flaccid than right here. In fact, sometimes I yell that out in public while pointing at my groin.
Flailing is just a given. A constant. Like gravity.

I think we have enough people in our penal system that we should occasionally pick an inmate and make him the scapegoat of the day/week/month/year - whatever.

Everyone will blame him/her for things that go wrong in their lives.

Then at the end of the scapegoats tour of duty, they are killed by some horriffic means in public.

That way everyone gets to feel some sense of retribution for the ways in which they were wronged... or for the ways they wronged others, but felt that they weren't at fault for it.
