I had received an invite last week to a baby shower from an acquaintance that decided last year to "get pregnant" with her boyfriend. And after a few months of boot knocking "they got pregnant".
Due in mid-August.
Today I received a phone call that there would be a wedding next week (4 days before the baby shower) at the beach, don't know which yet but "it's definitely at the beach".
Oh and you must wear all white.
A weekday, dinner hour wedding at the beach dressed white.
The irony is almost amusing.
Just as amusing as the fact that I don't own any white clothes.
