What makes me laugh is Laura Bush was not arrested, charged nor convicted of any crime, yet you say her record was expunged. Had she actually been charged and convicted of manslaughter she would have done plenty of time either in a juve jail or an adult jail. Had that occured and her record subsequently expunged neither you nor I would know about it as that is protected information.
