I think the shame that you are talking about can very easily become a habit.

IMO shame is NOT a healthy state of mind. You don't need to have shame to change. A healthy minded person can recognise where change is needed without any sense of shame.

Seriously, why care what you look like on the dance floor? That kind of shame is very weak.

I've got a friend who used to be a backup dancer for N'Sync and other little bands like that fucker can pull so many bitches at a club its rediculous. Most guys cant dance, and most guys look like idiots when they try, but if you can you can rack up.
