whitch test?

I`d recommend test for a third cycle though. If a newbie starts with test, say 500mg a week, then he wont feel deca at 400mg on the next cycle for sure :) My first experience was 20mg of dbol a day! And I made great gains and changed my body so no one could recognize when i returned home from 3months vacation :) It was when I was 20years old, even big guys in gym were impressed with the progress I made. And of course test is great and it will not hurt a newbie but I think first cycles a newbie can play safe with mild anabolics like dbol, winny and deca and get damn good results. then its time to add test on the third cycle to feel the heat! :)

A MILD anabolic like dbol??? Umm, no, I'm going to have to disagree with that. An injectable testosterone is going to have less side affects than dbol. Dbol is the one I'd reserve for a future cycle and I wouldn't take it for more than 4-5 weeks maximum. Go with the sust bro, 250 mg twice a week. You won't be disappointed.
 
I actually disagree somewhat. My first cycle was sust 250 once every 5/7 days. as a first time user try not to get too bogged down by what everyone else is doing. most people onsite are experienced a/s users, and therefore as a newbie you should really limit what your taken so you can safely assess the results/side affects. you can never be too sure of the affect gear is gonna have on you, had a friend who took my advice of 500mg sust a week, and turned into a complete f'ing psycho. some people cannot handle their aggression appropriately.

there was a poll condected here on EF , do a search .

The clear winners were SUST and PROP . The poll was people voting for the test that would give more lean mass and least sides . Like I said , the clear winners were SUST AND PROP .

It will be my first time using test soon and I will use SUST from weeks 1-12 and PROP from weeks 12-18 ...

No need to get fancy with enanthate and shit ....go with sust and prop ..

I never go with sust or prop, and I will tell you why. The only way to have even blood levels with either of them is to be injecting eod because of the prop in the sust. That is way too much injecting for me. Furthermore, the deconate ester in sust stays in your system too long for me and makes it that much longer before your body can recover its HTPA.
