ok apexx, i will say that my diet is pretty strict when i want it to be. when i am trying to put on some bulk i eat almost every 2 and a half hours. i eat carbs and protein. eggs, milk, oatmeal, steak, chicken, protein shake, fish, potato, ok bro i am not going to get into it all but believe me i know how to eat right. i have been bb for 15 years and i know how to take care of myself. i have no injuries except for sore rotater cups once in a while, but like i said i am a hard gainer. dude i am 5 foot 4 in, 137 pounds. in high school i was barely 100 lbs. my hat size is 6 and five eighth, what the hell do you want from me. don't let my body weight fool you. i know my way around the gym and my diet is in check, i feel that i can reach a new level with aas so you might want to recognize that i am not by any means a newbie.
