in reagards to your co worker, which it sounds like you have a position of authority over her, i would recommend sitting down with her, and explaining very seriuosly, and explicetly what you expect from her.

this is very fair and lets you get your job, done, and lets her know that you mean business on a proffesional level........

actually on a side note where can I purchase old episodes of The Next Generation?

this in all seriuosness is my favorite show of all time....nothing comes close to the Next Generation!!!!!!

You can go on eBay and buy the whole series for like $1,000+... or you can PayPal me some money for blank CDs and postage and I'll burn you a copy of my Season 1 & 2 CDs. I have all of Season 1 and 2 in MPEG/AVI format. Many of the episodes are subtitled in German or something, though, but still look great. =)
