Which Vitimans?!?

I know I'm asking alot of simple stuff on here but I'm totally in the dark here. I have been lifting for some time but I have never ben around any powerlifters persay. I'm aroung really good guys but none that really has the knowlegde to help me achieve my goals. I know I need to be looking into comsuming lits of vitamins but I don't know which ones will do the best and what foods are high in them. Please fill me in.
 
Well, I use a liquid multi that I mix with my shakes, but I'd use that whether I was bodybuilding or powerlifting. I've been told that the liquid vitamins are better absorbed by the body.

As far as foods that are rich in certain vitamins, I'll leave that to someone wiser than I. :)
 
In the morning I take 1 multi-vit/min., 1000mg of C, and 400 IU of E. Post workout, dinner time, or around bedtime I go ahead and take another 1000mg of C and another 400 IU of E.
