Which to choose?

I get no responses on the other forums, so im taking it here..

I will be running a small 1-ad cycle, 300mg/day first week, 600 for the 2nd and 3rd week, and 400 for the last week..post cycle I will be taking 6-OXO.

My question is, what program would be best during this time for MASS gains, should I continue DC? or would extra sets benefit me? possibly 5x5?? what do you all think? Remember Im looking for mass gains, and yes, i will be eating tons!
 
Save your money and don't do this cycle. . .

Based off your avatar, you are no where near your full potential.

As far as a training program is concerned, we don't know the answers. . .

It is up to you to use trial and error to find out what works for you.

You need to focus on heavy training and food. . .not AS at the moment.
 
forgot to mention i do each bodypart 2x a week with DC and recover just fine.

Mon - Chest, Tri, shoulder, Back Width, Back Thickness
Tues - Quads, Hams, Calves, Bi's
Wed - Rest
Thurs - Repeat Mon
Fri - Repeat Tues
Sat - rest
Sun - rest
 
what says i have to be at my genetic potential? I dont want to be huge, my ultimate goal is to be around 220 with a BF under 10...so why wait until my genetic potential?

packing on pounds doesnt happen over night, be patient bro, it will come........change your routines, eat, sleep grow!!!!
 
well if your absolutely gonna take it, 600mg a week for 5 weeks ( I believe it actually ends up being 33 days, not 35 with 3 bottles )and the 6-oxo post. If youre gonna do it, do it right. As for the training, something like WSB, or 5x5 would prolly be the best. This winter after fall ball i want to do my own variation of WSB that i have yet to workout, to suit my own needs.
 
I'd say just stick with DC. Since the program doesn't allow more volume, you could shoot for a slightly higher frequency. Maybe 2.5x/week. That plus food should have you exploding.

Dude, your body is your body. If you feel safe in doing them and are doing it correctly to your best knowledge, I see no reason not to use.

I know this...Ive gained about 20lbs in the last six months...but have seen almost NO change in body composition, and BF has went up a few %'s...Im not sayin it happens overnight, but not SEEING any results is a little discouraging.

Thanks, I'd like to stick with DC also...but wouldnt mind doing a 5x5 for a while if more volume is going to help with more mass...

so youre saying take 600mg/day right away? Not to work my way up to it? and theres 60/bottle, so 6 per day = 10 days...that would make 3 bottles 30 days. What is recommended for the dosage on the 6-OXO?

The frequent work of DC is going to far outweigh the added sets of 5x5 in terms of growth potential. If you want you can just do 2-3 straight sets instead of doing the rest-pause thing, still always trying to increase the weight.
 
Thanks casual, if I did do the 600/day for 5 weeks like was suggested...any idea of the 6-OXO dosage? also, ya know anything to help the hair thinning?
 
I don't really know anything other than what the manufacturer's dosage recommendations are...

if i was stacking my 1-ad with 4-ad how does the dosage of the 4-ad correlate to the 1-ad, for instance 600mg/day 1-ad = how much 4-ad/day?

Also, does anyone know where i can get a topical 4-ad spray? all i can seem to find is Molecular Nutr. 4-ad Ethergels... 120 count.
