ill start off by saying this is one of my days
breakfast-140g oats (4 packets of quaker oatmeal) 20g whey protien mixed with milk and multi vitamin
snack-bowl of cereal
lunch-12 oz chic breast w lemon pep seasoning, rice and veggies, another protien shake, and multi vitamin
snack-cereal or oats
dinner-fish with lemon and more rice and some veggies w butter and yet another protien shake and mixed in the shake at dinner is a scoop of unflavored amino acids, and multi vitamin
i have read on steroid.com that Anadrol 50 - oxymetholone - does have a lot of sides, but what they didnt say was what they were. that was also my question? i know what Dianabol - methandrostenolone - did for me(it made me bigger and no sides). so i guess what im trying to say is what sides have people expierenced with Anadrol 50 - oxymetholone - and is it worth it to change from Dianabol - methandrostenolone - to Anadrol 50 - oxymetholone - ?
