this will be my second cycle. my first was just dbol for 4 weeks and had some good gains. for my second cycle i want to try sus w a 4 week booster of either dbol again, or anadrol. i know i probably should just stick with what i have already used, but i did some reading and it seems anadrol might give my cycle a faster boost. what do you guys think?

did you read about drols sides?

test at 250 mg per week for 10 weeks is more than enough. post up your diet and training program so we can help you more.
 
ill start off by saying this is one of my days

breakfast-140g oats (4 packets of quaker oatmeal) 20g whey protien mixed with milk and multi vitamin
snack-bowl of cereal
lunch-12 oz chic breast w lemon pep seasoning, rice and veggies, another protien shake, and multi vitamin
snack-cereal or oats
dinner-fish with lemon and more rice and some veggies w butter and yet another protien shake and mixed in the shake at dinner is a scoop of unflavored amino acids, and multi vitamin

i have read on steroid.com that drol does have a lot of sides, but what they didnt say was what they were. that was also my question? i know what dbol did for me(it made me bigger and no sides). so i guess what im trying to say is what sides have people expierenced with drol and is it worth it to change from dbol to drol?
 
Funniest thing I ever heard about A-50 was that you can blow up like a manatee and your piss will look like gravy.

That was enough to scare me off, lol

bro your not eating nearly enough add at least another 2 meals a day in there. at least.

Yeah, You'll blow up....a crapload of it will be water, plus it's pretty toxic on the liver, i prefer D bol anyday.

unless ur a powerlifter that doesn't give a damn how u look there's no way abombs are worth it. Headaches, monstrous bloat and acne to go with the insane strength it gives. Nasty stuff IMO. Hepatoxic as hell too. U'd be better off adjusting ur diet first as stated above.
 
How old are you that you are still eating so much cereal?

What do you mean by cereal, like Captain Crunch or Corn Flakes?

Your breakfast, you have a HUGE amount of carbs in 140 g of oats, and very little protein with that, 20 g of whey probably only has about 12-15 g of protein.

Why are you having another protein shake with 12 oz of chicken at lunch?

Same again with dinner.

Spread your protein intake throughout the day.

When are you training and what is your pre and post work out meals?

And please don't think that a protein shake is a meal.
 
agree with tatyana your protien/carb/fat ratio is was off
you need atleast 35 grams to 40 grams of protien with each meal many people say much higher

sounds like your loading up on protien 3 times a day and eating high carb snacks between each meal.

You need to adjust it and add protien every 3 hours to the diet

usually the diet is the down fall to many peoples cycles once the diet is corrected the gains are soild

Also check out Xrsist's and Tatyana diet threads to calculate your BMR, and this will enable you to determine exactly how many calories you need per day. If you do it scientifically, your result will be in proportion to the effort you make. If you don't, why take any juice in the first place.
