Which is better? Pork or Beef?

Honestly, in your opinion, which do you prefer, pork ribs or beef ribs, boneless or babyback? (and again to the retards. if you want to talk about ribs being unhealthy, go to some fucking other thread you motherhens, git)

Well, this is just my opinion. I like pork ribs over beef (more flavor, less greese) and if you're going to eat pork ribs, go for the best and eat baby back. Again, this is just my opinion and what I like. As far as BBQ goes, I used to like a wet sauce as opposed to a dry run, but last month the wife and I went to Memphis and ate at Reandavous, and the dry rub was amazing! I like a dry rub, baby back rib with a good wet sauce on the side.
