jatrusa there is no point in getting on the sauce if you don't work out. i go to your gym and i rarely ever see you there. you have to be serious about lifting while on the sauce or you'll turn into 40lb head... you know who i mean when i say this. GEt on a hardcore lifting program first, with a good diet and then think about the sauce. I'm 6'2 205, bench 365 and incline 295 and it's all natural. I can only imagine what i would be doing on the sauce, but i don't need it.
