Which injection split is more efficient?

If going for the most optimal dosage of Organon Sust. 250 per week. Not to exceed 500mgs/week what would the optimal injection splits be?

1 amp on every 5th day

2 amps every 7th day

2 amps every 5th day

How effective have anyones results been w/ tapering up then down?

Variables include adding dbol at beginning and throwing in EQ.

I haven't used sustanon before, but due to the fact that it is long acting, I would use 1 amp every 4th day. It does have some prop in it which is fast acting, but not enough to elevate your levels substantially in the the beginning. I don't think dosing is real critical with this compound. Just get some in you, it's all good.
