dumbells only up to 100 would suck. i left the anytime fitness i went to because of that very reason, i outgrew the 100's, and they didn't have a squat rack because they say its to much of a liability.
at work we have a gym but only have DB's that go up to 100, this guy i know taped 25lb plates with packing tape to each of the 100's so he could do incline presses. i wouldn't recommend that to anybody as i think he's lucky a plate didn't come off and knock half his teeth out.
gonna have to go with Local/Small gym. I go to one. Course it has your typical dickheads that sit in there and train for 4 hours str8 and act like they are more hardcore than you, but as well my gym stops at 100lb dumbells but i'm nowhere near needing them other than for DB calf raises and shoulder shrugs for now

Mine has a squat rack and some nice equipment. The thing is, those are really the only 2 viable options I have. Maybe I can talk the owner into buying heaqvier DB's.
