Which Creatine Is Best?

I use prolab myself. Cheap monohydrate goodness. Can't go wrong with that.
I hate to say this, but Cell-Tech seemed to work better.

It is absolutely worst buy for your buck. Just saying, I though I felt more from it than Prolabs Creatine Mono.
Well, I will have to confess that on occasion I go for the Cell Tech Creatine. You can usually find it on sale somewhere anyways. It tastes pretty good which counts for something. Granted you are probably paying for the name, but if the few $ doesnt really matter then who cares. I have had as good results with this as with any creatine.
The other creatine I use is just plain GNC mono powder, mix it in to the post workout shake.
I actually cycle creatine on and off about every other month though and find this works better for me than just taking it constantly.

Cell tech is the biggest fuckin scam ever created. Not only are you paying for the name, paying for adds you have read in a musclemag, but you are also paying creatine prices for SUGAR! 90% of all delivery systems are dextrose. Some include ALA. You will get stomach aches and you will not get the most of the product. Dextrose (the latest bodybuilding supplement it seems)=Corn Sugar. They are the exact same thing. Go to a Wine Kitz and pick this up for under 1.00/pound. Supplement companies are making a killing selling tubs of dextrose for very high prices. When people realise that this stuff is probably the cheapest supplement available, they will see how bad they are getting raped.
Muscle-Tech must make a bloody fortune off of their Cell-tech more than anything. Again, mostly people who don't know anything about this, read an article in musclemag how someone gained 17lbs in 1 month using cell-tech, then go and and pay creatine weight prices for a bit of creatine and a lot of sugar.
ALA is very cheap now as well and can be purchased almost anywhere. If I had one place to drop a bomb, I would send it to the Muscle-Tech factory. THey just piss me off so much with their adds and how much their prods cost. Its usually just the poor newbies that are getting raped. Do their prods work? Sure ... they better when you are paying 5 times as much as other companies, but there is a lot better out there for much better prices.

I think Pro-Source's German Creatine is the best. Out of all the creatine i have tried it works the best for me.
