Which country is best for purchasing gear?

I have the opportunity to travel to a couple of different countries.

Thailand
Turkey
England
Spain
Germany
Bahrain
Slovenia
Croatia
Hungary

Which would be the best for buying gear? Should I buy it then send it to myself in the States?
